Job Summary
A technical services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Gaming and Corporate Recruiter in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Screening candidates resumes and job applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with hr databases and applicant tracking systems
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc)
