Job Summary
A provider of travel management solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Group Air Team Leader in St Louis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to team/client emails within 15 minutes
- Assist agent with level 1 scripting issues
- Ensure tickets are issued and assist with issuing if needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience as a booking agent
- Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time without leaving work area
