Job Summary
A multinational enterprise software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual HCM Implementation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting, analyzing and configuring the migration of company
- Providing technical and functional support
- Providing training services to customers and partners around the implementation process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong communication [including written and presentations], active listening, relationship building
- 2+ years of related work experience with business acumen in one or more functional areas such as Manufacturing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, Service Support, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll
- Superior organizational skills - able to self-manage assignments, travel arrangements etc.
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
- Strong working knowledge of business processes
