Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is in need of a Virtual Healthcare Account Manager III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as an advocate to assigned clients
- Communicating with clients on a consistent and ongoing basis
- Providing guidance for best practices on our products and releases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 plus years of experience in account management
- 7 plus years of experience in healthcare setting or similar experience
- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalen
- Successfully complete company's Professional exams
- Complete all required Staff Development within 6 months
- Manage up to 12 accounts that are Strategic and/or Large in size (over 99 providers)
