Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Virtual Healthcare Account Manager III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as an advocate to assigned clients
  • Communicating with clients on a consistent and ongoing basis
  • Providing guidance for best practices on our products and releases

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3 plus years of experience in account management
  • 7 plus years of experience in healthcare setting or similar experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalen
  • Successfully complete company's Professional exams
  • Complete all required Staff Development within 6 months
  • Manage up to 12 accounts that are Strategic and/or Large in size (over 99 providers)
