Job Summary

A healthcare services company is seeking a Virtual Healthcare Operations Performance Analyst in Frisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess data and product performance
• Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs and translate business problems into requirements
• Build reporting solutions and develop/enhance existing scorecards, dashboards and other key reports

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent communication, customer service and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and seek guidance as needed to clarify assignments or request for information
• Proficient with various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access
• Intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems
• Detail oriented, meticulous and accurate in completing tasks on time
