Job Summary

A global company specializing in consumer transaction technologies has a current position open for a Virtual Help Desk Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding and resolving support calls from customers across the US
  • Connecting with customer sites using remote connectivity services such as LogMeIn
  • Following up on open tickets and ongoing issues in the call queue

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science or technical trade school or 1+ years of experience in Point of Sale (POS) customer support or the restaurant industry
  • Working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and general PC experience
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to resolve issues
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to resolve issues
