Job Summary

A professional training and coaching provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Help Desk Support.

Must be able to:

  • Answer inbound phone calls from people having issues with the in-house, web-based scheduling tool
  • Provide technical support to facilities with an in-house software scheduling tool

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Exceptional customer service skills exhibiting patience and desire to help
  • Tech-savvy including the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk role
  • Must be available some evenings and weekends
