Job Summary
A professional training and coaching provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Help Desk Support.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound phone calls from people having issues with the in-house, web-based scheduling tool
- Provide technical support to facilities with an in-house software scheduling tool
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Exceptional customer service skills exhibiting patience and desire to help
- Tech-savvy including the ability to learn new systems quickly
- 2 years of experience in a help desk role
- Must be available some evenings and weekends
