An online home goods retailer is in need of a Virtual Home Goods Customer Service Consultant in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Servicing customers seeking assistance with post-order issues
  • Meeting customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets
  • Projecting a professional company image through phone and email interactions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer and internet service that meets company standards
  • Ability to work varying shifts between 6am to 11pm, including a weekend day
