An online home goods retailer is in need of a Virtual Home Goods Customer Service Consultant in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Servicing customers seeking assistance with post-order issues
- Meeting customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets
- Projecting a professional company image through phone and email interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Customer service experience
- Computer and internet service that meets company standards
- Ability to work varying shifts between 6am to 11pm, including a weekend day
