Job Summary
We are looking for a writer with experience in hospitality training & management to help us develop checklists for the industry. You will be responsible for developing, using our innovative platform, the following material:
- Checklists
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Standard Job descriptions
- Online marketing assets
- Newsletters
You will be responsible for setting up a new section on our website dedicated to the hospitality market. After the initial setup, you will further develop the section on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality training and management
- Experience in developing training material
- Extensive knowledge of the full range of hospitality (e.g. Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverages etc.)
- Excellent Native English writing skills
- Formal degree from a hospitality school
- This is a work-from-home position. You should have a comfortable home office environment
- Attention to detail. Our users demand accuracy
- Expertise in writing Search Engine friendly content, web analytics and social media
- Great bonus: SEO expertise
