Job Summary

A call center outsourcing services company is in need of a Virtual Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Politely answering calls and processing payments
  • Quickly and accurately dispensing information to motorists
  • Submitting accurate and legible data entry

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience working in a virtual, work at home call center
  • 1 year experience in a high stress call center environment
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Laptop or Desktop that meets the technical requirements (Macs not compatible)
  • Ability to work in the United States
