Job Summary
A multi-line insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Inbound Insurance Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the team in order to improve the quality of customer care
- Process clients’ first notice of loss claim setup requests
- Liaise with internal and external clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- +6 months Customer Service experience
- Data entry experience
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Minimum internet connection via stable, high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
