Job Summary

An information technology and consulting firm is in need of a Virtual Incident Management Manager in St Louis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating and interacting effectively at various levels of the organization
  • Tracking and reporting progress for all Major Incidents
  • Designing process to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of experience as an Incident Manager required, covering regular and major incident management
  • Prior experience in governing an incident management process in a multi-vendor environment
  • 5+ years of experience with IT service delivery management in a multi-vendor, large complex environment
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience
