An industrial supply company is filling a position for a Virtual Industrial Supplies Customer Service Associate in Janesville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing information on pricing, availability and alternate product selection
• Resolving customer problems promptly and accurately
• Meeting or exceeding monitoring standards on phones and online

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• First four weeks of training will be onsite at the Janesville office
• Evening availability until 9:00 pm
• A high school diploma
• Demonstrates competence in the application and use of computer and communications technology
• Have a quiet home office space to work from with highspeed internet
