An industrial supply company is filling a position for a Virtual Industrial Supplies Customer Service Associate in Janesville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing information on pricing, availability and alternate product selection
- Resolving customer problems promptly and accurately
- Meeting or exceeding monitoring standards on phones and online
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- First four weeks of training will be onsite at the Janesville office
- Evening availability until 9:00 pm
- A high school diploma
- Demonstrates competence in the application and use of computer and communications technology
- Have a quiet home office space to work from with highspeed internet
