Job Summary

A technology support company is filling a position for a Virtual Information Technology Services Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering inbound calls and greeting customers
  • Determining scope of customer issues in an effective and professional manner
  • Managing credit card processing

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience setting up home networks (or equivalent technical training)
  • 1 year of related experience in a customer service environment
  • Understanding of wired and wireless home networks using multiple network technologies
  • Must be able to successfully pass the company's technical test and a background check
