Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company is in need of a Virtual Instructional Design Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Developing individualized and group training programs
Evaluating organizational performance
Implementing effective and purposeful training methods

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development management (essential)
Four (4) year degree in related field or certification in Instructional Design or related field
Experience with e-learning applications
Proven work experience as a Training Manager
Extensive knowledge teaching theory for creating effective creating instructional materials
