Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Virtual Call Center Agent in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Verifying insurance and obtaining authorizations
  • Managing 60-100 calls daily
  • Communicating with patients and providers to verify demographic information and document calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Able to type more than 35 WPM
  • Previous customer service experience (call center preferred but not required)
