Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Virtual Call Center Agent in Phoenix.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Verifying insurance and obtaining authorizations
- Managing 60-100 calls daily
- Communicating with patients and providers to verify demographic information and document calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy
- Able to type more than 35 WPM
- Previous customer service experience (call center preferred but not required)
