Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Representative in Greensboro.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
- Work with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies
Qualifications Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- Property and Casualty license
