Job Summary
A developer of financial and billing solutions for the healthcare industry is filling a position for a Telecommute Interim Outpatient Coding Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Supervise outpatient coding staff to ensure timely and accurate coding
- Monitor productivity of staff to ensure production goals are achieved
- Code a variety of outpatient records as needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- The ability to travel is a must
- CCS certification
- A minimum of five years’ experience coding and auditing a variety of outpatient records
- Experience working in a level one trauma facility
- Previous experience in a Coding Supervisor or Coding Management role
