Job Summary
A B2B video solutions company is in need of a Virtual IT Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping US timezone based customers successfully
- Responding quickly to customer questions and requests through live chat and email
- Troubleshooting and helping debug product features
Qualifications for this position include:
- Required to work on PST hours
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or a client facing role in SaaS / tech industry
- Fluent, ideally native, in English
- Intermediate, ideally fluent in French to communicate with the team
- Previous experience with Intercom or another live chat/support software
- Have the ability to work remotely and communicate efficiently
