Job Summary

A B2B video solutions company is in need of a Virtual IT Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping US timezone based customers successfully
  • Responding quickly to customer questions and requests through live chat and email
  • Troubleshooting and helping debug product features

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Required to work on PST hours
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or a client facing role in SaaS / tech industry
  • Fluent, ideally native, in English
  • Intermediate, ideally fluent in French to communicate with the team
  • Previous experience with Intercom or another live chat/support software
  • Have the ability to work remotely and communicate efficiently
