Job Summary
A leader in enterprise career management solutions is in need of a Virtual Job Search Expert in Birmingham.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting via telephone and email the company's clients through their career transition
- Acting as liaison to other internal service providers including resume writers and technical support
- Expertly coaching clients on their job search strategy and providing them services such as mock interviews, interview preparation, and video interviewing
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to commute to Birmingham, Alabama
- Bachelor’s Degree a must
- 3 + years’ experience coaching professionals
- Excellent communication, listening, multitasking and organizational skills
- Available to respond to client correspondence within 24 hours
- Strong sense of empathy, positive outlook, ability to motivate others
