A company that aims to help users resolve small legal claims has a current position open for a Virtual Legal Mediator in Los Angeles.

Must be able to:

• Resolve client's toughest small claims disputes
• Work with several leading online marketplaces
• Use online video arbitration, mediated chat, smart settlement engine tools and more

Qualifications Include:

• Must have a knack for working with two sides to get them to resolution and be open to learning what works to get resolution
• Experience mediating small disputes
• Big plus if you happen to have a background in law, i.e. paralegal, lawyer
