Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Managed Care Services Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Actingas an account liaison on Genesis' behalf with our plan providers
• Identifiying opportunities for quality and performance improvement and communicates to supervisor and/or Administrator
• Managing the patient case from pre-admission through discharge

Qualifications for this position include:

• Five years of recent clinical experience required
• Prior experience in utilization review, case management or discharge planning required
• Prior experience using evidence-based clinical decision support criteria (e.g. Interqual, Milliman)
