Job Summary
A consulting company is in need of a Virtual Marketing Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Demonstrating and utilizing effective needs analysis, project management, courses development and evaluation skills
- Developing content, including text, graphics, and multimedia, using Photoshop, Illustrator, audio and video capture programs
- Displaying solid understanding of web and mobile technologies
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of instructional technology experience in course development in an online learning environment
- Master's degree in instructional design
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proven experience in Instructional Design and Technology, experience in video a must (please provide samples)
- Flexibility in changing priorities and projects to meet demand and deadlines
- Technical skills: Storyline 2, SnagIt, Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop, Brainshark
