Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Mental and Behavioral Health Phone Counselor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining a caseload of approximately 7-8 phone or video appointments per day
  • Utilizing brief, solution-focused interventions to resolve the clients’ presenting issue
  • Ensuring safety for clients who present at risk to harm self/others

Qualifications Include:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
  • Independent clinical license
  • Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy
  • Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
  • Strong focus on customer service and sound clinical judgment
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
