Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in analyzing income documents, cash flow, and credit risk
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Previous Mortgage Loan Servicing background a plus, and /or the adaptability to utilize your underwriting background in loan modification underwriting environment
  • Ability to analyze rental income on multiple properties, and self-employed borrowers with P&L statements and business tax returns
