A call center outsourcing services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Motor Vehicle Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Check work emails on a consistent basis
- Politely answer calls and processing payments
- Show empathy towards motorists
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years experience working in a virtual call center
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or GED required
