Job Summary

A business service provider for trade businesses is in need of a Virtual Office Solution Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound phone calls from current and prospective customers
  • Assist them with scheduling appointments for service technicians
  • Explain our clients' fees and scheduling requirements

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Basic keyboarding skills (30+ WPM) Sales ability based on customer service skills
  • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
  • Late model PC or laptop computer with at least 8GB RAM and 720TB of storage
  • Other technical requirements outlined by employer
