Job Summary

A legal firm is in need of a Virtual Patent Preparation and Prosecution Review Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Review patent application prosecution for leading global technology companies
  • Review patent applications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
  • 20+ years of patent experience
  • Must have drafted and prosecuted patent applications
  • Experience as at least one of: a Federal or Circuit Court judge, PTAB judge, PTO Primary Examiner or SPE, Partner of a law firm, litigator, or in-house counsel
