Job Summary
A staffing agency that focuses on sales and executive positions is in need of a Virtual Payroll Sales Account Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implementing successful sales strategies
- Providing Payroll and Benefits Administration services
- Providing HRIS and Time & Attendance software and services
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Payroll, HR, HRIS, HCM, Benefits, TLM or Time & Attendance or TPA experience
- Benefits brokers, CPAs and other HR industry influencers in your network
- At least 5 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a track record of success (i.e. exceeding sales quotas)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail, given the compliance & regulated nature of this industry
