Job Summary

A staffing agency that focuses on sales and executive positions is in need of a Virtual Payroll Sales Account Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implementing successful sales strategies
  • Providing Payroll and Benefits Administration services
  • Providing HRIS and Time & Attendance software and services

Position Requirements Include:

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Payroll, HR, HRIS, HCM, Benefits, TLM or Time & Attendance or TPA experience
  • Benefits brokers, CPAs and other HR industry influencers in your network
  • At least 5 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a track record of success (i.e. exceeding sales quotas)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail, given the compliance & regulated nature of this industry
