Job Summary
A professional services firm is in need of a Virtual Product Solution Manager in Earth City.
Must be able to:
- Product manage the new Revenue Cycle Management Services service offerings
- Be responsible for the tracking and leading the solution strategy
- Gather and report data weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly, evaluate other vendors, research solutions to improve delivery/sales
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have full understanding of end to end medical billing processes
- Must have an RCM background
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using billing/Practice Management system (any program)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at the provider, practice staff, patients, and coworkers.
- Must have experience with payer communication
