Job Summary
A provider of a software platform for childcare management needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Product Support Customer Success Associate.
Must be able to:
- Partner with our Customer Success team to drive critical and time sensitive tasks that support customers learning how to use the platform
- Contact customers via phone and email to facilitate call scheduling and collect customer information
- Use our backend software to understand customer health and update status in other systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Availability during the busy back-to-school season (this is a 2-3 month contract position)
- 1+ years of high-volume phone-based sales experience
- A good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time sensitive tasks and great attention to detail
- Comfort with working remotely using communication tools such as Slack and Zoom
- Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
