Smith.ai, Inc. is hiring Virtual Receptionists nationwide to answer calls and web chats for small businesses! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering calls and web chats for a variety of small businesses and professionals.
Taking messages, booking appointments, and transferring calls
Understanding caller needs and providing business information
Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence
MUST HAVE
Great work ethic
Prior receptionist or call answering experience
Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Quiet environment for answering calls
Good internet, typing speed, and equipment (headset & computer)
Daily availability at least 4 hours/day, 5 days/week between 5am-6pm PT / 8am-9pm ET
20 hours/week minimum (40 hours/week max.)
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Google Chrome browser
Desktop or laptop computer with headset microphone
Reliable broadband internet connection
Strong typing skills
BONUS POINTS
Spanish fluency would be great, but not required
COMPENSATION
Starts at $10/hour
