Job Summary
Rapidly expanding family counseling group seeking a virtual part-time receptionist to assist with returning voicemails, scheduling appointments, verifying eligibility, setting up electronic charts, taking payments over the phone and helping with some light admin tasks as needed. Hours are Monday thru Friday 30-hrs per week. The right candidate will be highly professional, enjoy interacting with people on the phone, highly reliable and who is a team player.
Required Experience
At least 1-year reception or front desk experience (medical background a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EHR software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be deadline-driven, detail-oriented and organized
Have a positive demeanor and a can-do attitude
Be able to be discreet with sensitive client data and follow all HIPPA regulations
Job Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: returning voicemails, answering phones, taking payments over the phone, verifying eligibility, setting up electronic charts, taking messages for staff, and other admin projects as directed.
