Job Summary

A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Conduct sourcing campaigns and strategies
• Manage the recruiting process
• Update ATS system on a continuous real-time basis

Qualifications Include:

• Strong research skills with knowledge of the competitive market, available talent, salaries, etc
• Experience in Technical Recruiting
• Strong Sourcing background
• Ability to quickly identify, attract, and submit qualified technical talent for a wide range of roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
