Job Summary

A eCommerce retailer is in need of a Virtual Retail Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee all retail order operations for the company
  • Create process flow, account set up, testing, managing of EDI onboarding
  • Assist with Maintaining Product Catalogue

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ideal or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail operations experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Experience in mastering technical systems, reporting and financial analysis
