Job Summary

A digital software company is in need of a Virtual Retail Senior Product Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving specific product revenue in the territory
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting performance for each AE introducing Adobe Campaign products in the accounts
• Performing outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional license and services

Qualifications Include:

• Building a pipeline by email, phone, field marketing, and direct mail campaigns
• Minimum 2+ years proven track record of mid-market or enterprise level direct sales expertise into Retail accounts
• Strong working knowledge of web content management, email marketing campaign management and/or targeting required
• Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions required
• Demonstrated analytical and computer skills
• Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach
