Job Summary
A provider of business software is filling a position for a Virtual SaaS Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investment
- Leading a high-performance team of 10-15 Customer Success Managers
- Supporting the renewals process to minimize customer attrition
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree
- 15 years work experience, including leading teams in virtual settings
- Expertise dealing with large, complicated, political accounts at senior IT and business levels
- Experience with account portfolio planning and prioritization
- Experience with medium-large, complex project implementations
- Experience with diverse portfolio engagements with timelines from 1 week to several months
