Job Summary

A provider of business software is filling a position for a Virtual SaaS Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investment
  • Leading a high-performance team of 10-15 Customer Success Managers
  • Supporting the renewals process to minimize customer attrition

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 15 years work experience, including leading teams in virtual settings
  • Expertise dealing with large, complicated, political accounts at senior IT and business levels
  • Experience with account portfolio planning and prioritization
  • Experience with medium-large, complex project implementations
  • Experience with diverse portfolio engagements with timelines from 1 week to several months
