Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Virtual School Engagement Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review transcripts and offer guidance to students and families on class selections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration
- Conduct conferences with parents and students, both in person and over the phone
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prepare for and/or attend student gatherings
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Services, Related Field
- 2+ years of experience in the K-12 educational setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service oriented
