Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Senior Business Agility Transformation Lead.

Must be able to:

• Work with cross functional teams to define, plan and facilitate Business Agility workshops
• Identify and implement solutions to mature our Business Agility practices
• Help define metrics to measure our progress

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel domestically up to 20%
• Bachelor's degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of overall business, operations and / or technology experience
• 7+ years of experience working on enterprise level initiatives within a fortune 500 company
• 7+ years of experience in a role where you have gained knowledge of how business and technology interact and operate together
• 5+ years of experience in a Leadership role, having lead direct reports
