A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Cloud Storage Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates
• Identifying and communicating continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
• Effectively communicating position opportunity and client value proposition

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of full cycle Technical recruitment experience focused on IT storage/Cloud storage roles
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• Bachelor's degree
