Job Summary

An information technology services company has an open position for a Virtual Senior EMC Storage Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing architecture, solutions, modifications and upgrades to an EMC Storage Area Network
  • Contributing to other projects as assigned

Position Requirements Include:

  • Background in the EMC VNX platform, including VNX troubleshooting and Recovery
  • Ability to create and maintain storage allocation
  • Hands on experience with EMC Storage technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of existing industry standards, technologies and operational norms
  • Experience with virtualization, Microsoft, Linux, IBM, Cisco, SAN and replication technologies
  • Expert troubleshooter with a highly developed ability to resolve difficult problems
