Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Genesys Routing Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating activities with other technical and functional areas
  • Developing new and/or enhancing existing application or system code
  • Updating existing Strategies/Workflows to meet new requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years experience in Java/J2EE, SOAP/ Restful Web services
  • 4 years experience on Subversion / Git / Code Hub, Tomcat
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience on SDLC and Break Fix Process
  • 5 years of Routing Development Experience in Contact Center Solutions
  • 5 years of experience with Configuration management tools
  • Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer / IRD
