Job Summary
An online retailer is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Human Resource Investigator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigate highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues
- Independently manage assigned casework
- Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years combined human resources, labor relations, investigative, or legal experience
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment and labor laws
- Experience in conducting investigative fieldwork
- Prior experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems
- Bachelor’s degree required
