Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Virtual Senior Marketing Representative in the San Gabriel Valley.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Providing feedback and recommendations to management concerning market conditions and service levels
• Reviewing and monitoring agent production reports and loss ratios
• Responding to telephone and written correspondence, comments, questions and complaints from agents and/or customers

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) and 3+ years of experience with marketing and/or underwriting
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
• Ability to train newly-appointed agents in Company philosophy, procedures, and practices
