An aerospace and defense company is seeking a Virtual Senior Principal Talent Management Solutions Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assess and implement tools and technology that support business goals and objectives
• Define business requirements, identify and assess solutions against requirements
• Formulate and present recommendations regarding functional and technical solutions

Required Skills:

• 10 years of progressive experience within related roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Management processes and supporting technologies
• Working knowledge of SaaS solutions
• Working knowledge of relational databases, data analysis, and metrics
• Proven understanding of business objectives with ability to define technical solutions
• Strong analytical thinker
