A biotechnology product development company is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building trust and credibility with geographically dispersed clients
- Understanding current/future hiring needs and assessing the labor market
- Utilizing creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related program or in lieu of a Bachelor's, 4 years of equivalent experience, working in a relevant professional capacity
- 5 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting or search firm/RPO experience
- Strong client management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels including cold-calling, BOOLEAN searches, networking, database mining and other creative methods for both functional and technical positions
