Job Summary
A pharmaceutical benefit management company is seeking a Virtual Senior Risk Adjustment Medical Coder in Philadelphia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Abstracting and coding diagnosis information and/or medical conditions
- Receiving and reviewing medical records electronically and document ICD-10 codes
- Meeting average daily production goals on all first level reviews while maintaining a minimum 95% accuracy rate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Required High School Diploma
- Required to be certified by AACP or AHIMA
- Required successful completion of at least one AHIMA or AAPC certification program
- Certified Risk Adjustment Coder credential wth experience in Medicaid /CPDS Coding
- Required HCC coding experience
- All other requirements necessary for this position
