Job Summary
A cyber security company is seeking a Virtual Senior Security UX Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Analyzing and incorporating behavioral data in order to contextualize the user's needs
- Working closely with designers, writers, and engineers to identify research goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Comfort diving into unknown territory and identifying areas where research can provide value
- Strong understanding of a wide range of qualitative, quantitative, and user-centered design methods and when to use them
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and presentation skills to educate internal stakeholders
- Experience recruiting participants and scheduling sessions, particularly remotely
- Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
