Job Summary
Technology company is seeking a Virtual Senior Telecom Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Translating customer requirements and technical project objectives into operational end user / customer solutions
- Providing Tier 3 subject matter expertise for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications
- Performing as an SME for complex issues and is the internal representative in critical escalations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 - 6 years of experience and a Bachelor degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience and a Master degree or equivalent
- Must display expertise in industry protocols, solutions and customer situational management
- 1-2 years of experience with at least 3 of the solution products listed
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud Service delivery
- Must be able to act independently and works on problems of diverse scope
- Strong knowledge/experience with SIP protocols
