Job Summary

An aviation and aerospace company is in need of a Virtual Senior Workforce Planning Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing, maintaining, and administering workforce planning strategies and processes
• Discovering new opportunities and solutions for workforce planning processes
• Effectively training internal team members and stakeholders on data tools and processes

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of experience taking data and deriving information through analysis and data visualization
• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
• 3+ years of experience working with data visualization
• 5+ years of experience developing reports and insights utilizing reporting/data analytical/BI tools
• Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience
